
This class is a full body workout with a heavy traditional Pilates emphasis. Your back and abdominal strength will be involved in virtually every exercise. This is not a beginner class but if you are a beginner there will be a strong expectation you can ab curl, hold a plank, and take direction well.
*Modifications will be given for those with injuries.
* privates are recommended but not required if you have never done Pilates before
